REFUNDS

Refunds of Items are provided on the following items:

  • Items Not Received
    You will get a full refund of your items, but you also have the choice to ask for a new replacement of product for free.
  • Damaged Product
    If your item falls on this category then you will be eligible for full refunds, partial refunds or you are also eligible to ask the new replacement of the product for free depending upon the damaged condition of your product. However, if you choose full refunds for your item then you have to return your damaged item back to our company so please read the return policy down below.
  • A Selected Product That Was Not Delivered On The Exact Date.
    Some product that is not delivered within the exact delivery date is also eligible for refunds. Depending on condition, customers are eligible for Partial refunds. Similar to the above situation if full refunds are selected then the customer will have to return the goods back to company complying under return policy which is available down below.

If your any item doesn't qualify for above-selected criteria, then we won't be able to process you a refund. And if your item qualifies for refunds then we will send you a refund so you can contact us at support@healthybrace.com. BUT DO NOTE that you have to return the product back to us before we can refund your order. So, we would highly encourage you to read our return policy down below.

RETURNS

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we also require a receipt. So, please keep the receipt.
  • For any product valued above 29$, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance while returning the product (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item). 
  • After complying with all above policy then you can contact us at support@healthybrace.com for return location.
  • We encourage customers to carefully read our Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.
  • Refunds or store credit will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive your return at our company.

NOTE: Because many customers not being able to return the products due to various reason, we also have complied with Partial refund in our store for keeping our customer satisfied. If you want to avoid returns or are not eligible for returns or you don't want to wait longer days for return, you may be still qualified for Partial Refunds provided by our store which you can read down below.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

Partial refunds are given to the customer when their item qualifies under Refund Policy 2 & 3. Instead of shipping the product back to our company, complying under all Return Policy, waiting several days for the product to get to a company and finally receiving their refund, a customer can keep the product to themselves and get a partial refund on their order. In many cases, this is a relatively quick and best method for a customer to receive refunds as it is more straight forward and less time-consuming.

  • We encourage customers to carefully read our Returns Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.
  • Refunds or store credit will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive your return at our return address.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
  • We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.
  • Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  • Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or return will be discarded and sent back to you at your own expense.
  • We don't take responsibility for any item if customers make a mistake on their shipping address.
